Welcome, and thanks for your interest in Scrappy AI. We are an independent two-founder team (Ethan and Steven) in the United States, building an iOS app that turns a photo of your fridge into recipes ranked by what is about to spoil. For now, this site is a single pre-launch waitlist page. By using it, you agree to these simple terms. We have kept them plain because the site does very little so far.

This is an informational pre-launch site

Right now this site exists to tell you about Scrappy AI and to let you join the waitlist. The app is not available yet. Anything described here about the app is our plan and may change as we actually build it.

The waitlist is not a guarantee of access

Joining the waitlist means you would like to hear when Scrappy AI launches. It does not guarantee you early access, a spot, a price, a specific launch date, or that the app will ship at all. We will do our best, but we cannot promise outcomes for a product that is still in the works.

If you join the waitlist with double opt-in, you are agreeing that we can email you about the Scrappy AI launch and the occasional closely related update. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. How we handle your email address is described in our Privacy Policy.

Our content and marks

The Scrappy AI name, logo, wordmark, copy, design, and other content on this site belong to Scrappy AI. Please do not copy, reuse, or pass off our branding or content as your own. You are welcome to link to the site.

Provided "as is"

This site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not promise that the site will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Scrappy AI is not liable for any damages arising from your use of this pre-launch site.

Changes to these terms

This is a starting set of terms for a pre-launch site, and we expect to update it as the product launches and gains real features. When we make a meaningful change, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Scrappy AI operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. We have kept this generic on purpose for a pre-launch site and will firm it up as the product launches.
