We kept staring at a full fridge, ordering in anyway, then binning the food we forgot. So we built the app we wanted: snap your fridge, cook what is about to spoil, and waste a whole lot less.

A huge share of the food we buy never gets eaten. It is bought with good intentions, pushed to the back of the shelf, and quietly thrown away. That is money and effort in the bin.
Scrappy exists to close that gap. Snap your fridge, and the app ranks recipes by what is about to spoil, then guides you while you cook, so the easy choice is also the one that saves food.
